pins are applied after shooting before wounds and saves. With few negative mods and less super 6s (7+) to hit means that the average number of hits on a unit is going up…
however after todays tease – it’ll be worse as its now easier to get rid of them

In game terms, a hidden unit represents that the enemy knows that something is there, but can’t actually see it, so I agree with all that was said above. Overall, hidden units in buildings can cause issues during game play because how the rules address this situation. 6 months later😬…
Zara class/150mm belt armor
Myoko/102mm belt armor
Exeter/76mm belt armor
Portland/83-127mm belt Armor
Im still frazzled how these guys put a 2+ Armor for Zara and the rest of those cruisers have 3+.

How many bases for them do you get?
looking at the pictures of the army box they have 3 bases of Roman cavalry (15 models… 8 sprues is 16) but 4 bases of the allied /mercenary cavalry
& in the hannibal box looks like you get 4 bases of each of the cavalry (20 models.. but 12 sprues so 24 models) -

You get +1 when shooting at vehicles.

When you fire using reaction to an assault, you receive a Fire order. All that mention is evidence of is that your AT gun will get that +1 to hit if it shoots at a unit assaulting it. There may well be changes to reactions, but that mention isn’t an indication of any change by itself.

“DDay campaign books especially US beach” – I was only able to find anything in a single theatre selector, D-Day: Overlord, p176, US Beach Landing Reinforced Platoon, Special Rules, Fortification Assault Training – Bazookas get a +1 to hit vs bunkers and buildings, and a 1″ HE vs bunkers and buildings.

But it was mentioned for AT-Guns fireing at Vehicles : All Anti Tank guns get an additional +1 modifier to hit vehicles when shooting with a fire order (including Ambush and reaction fire).
