Wow, this is a very cool idea for a supplement.  I especially liked the Soviet-Japanese portion of your supplement.  When I had my Japanese army, I built it along the lines of the 1930s Army.

Now I’m gonna have to rebuild that army to play against my Soviets … damn … more figures to paint, LOL.

Can Soviet Platoon Leaders and Company Commanders ride tanks if their platoon is made up of Tank Riders?  Also, can the Light Mortars, and any ancillary Teams ride the tanks, as well?

I’ve kitbashed all my Soviet Women figures just by exchanging female heads with the Soviet figure.

Harder conversions were usually finding an unusual figure and chopping off pieces and then replacing an item.

Remember, those troops inside the building get the Defensive Position modifiers.
