I have played in a tournament where we had 2 order dice of another color added to the dice bag and when both dice were drawn the round ends no matter how many activations are left.

I hope someone can help. Two queries
1. If I have an officer unit and 1 or 2 Japanese units in a transport, can the officer issue a Banzai order to these units? Page 147 Dismounting from transports says :Although a unit can use a run action to dismount it is not allowed to use this move to make an assault.

In the other cases, it’s described as a turret mounted HMG with coaxial MMG or turret mounted light automatic cannon with coaxial MMG – they would have to errata out the coaxial bit for it to apply as coaxial weapons don’t get to fire with the main weapon, it’s either/or. If they changed that for the British, they’d need to change it for every…[Read more]

1. Yes, unless inexperienced. The ability to use a spotter is tied to being a regular or veteran indirect fire weapon. A multiple launcher uses indirect fire, it just doesn’t benefit from ranging in.
2. No. Indirect fire weapons can’t be fired by units that were in Ambush that turn – p100, Wepaons, Weapon Special Rules, Indirect Fire, 8th paragraph.

@Stuart Harrison And yet that is also historically incorrect as the M24 Chaffee didn’t have exceptionally thinner armor than other US light tanks. In fact its front plate (since its angled so hard) had better protection then the M5 Stuart…lol And the M24’s side plates are 25.4mm that are also angled….

I think because the game is only 6-7 turns long, smoke is discouraged in the rules, except perhaps in special scenarios.
