Sady said, this Forum is a dead space. I would recommend the reddit Bolt Action sub for questions about the game or building.
There may be other places with active members.
The Original Warlord Forum is not such an place.

So, M8A4 Bruin Meduim Mounted Missile Rocket system has two, one on the left arm mounted and one right arm mounted. They fire both direct or indirect. Do both arms separately and possibly fire at two different targets or is it 1 shot at one target from both arms?
Had to get out and dust off the old mechs from the junkyard (first edition of K47)…[Read more] -

Hi. A regular cavalry unit doesn’t have to pass an order check, and doesn’t have to countercharge, but it can. A unit with the Galloper rule must countercharge. A unit with the Caracole rule cannot countercharge; it must remain stationary.
best regards Tomasz

No, if you look at the reasons for taking break tests simply being shaken is excluded. Instead you are obliged to take a break test when you get excess casualties, i.e. those casualties that exceed your stamina level at any point in time. Normally you would do this after the unit has received all the fire it will get during the turn.

That would work , I just didn’t feel like messing around that much when the Warlord plastics were easier arm swaps , just remember to have the same cuff on both arms .

From the experimenting i’ve done, you can kinda use the arms meant for certain bodies on other bodies not meant for them if the sleeves match (basically you can sorta fit the smock-wearing arms onto most of the smock-wearing torsos and sorta fit the zeltbahn poncho wearing arms on the zeltbahn poncho wearing bodies, and you can cut the smock…[Read more]

I wasn’t that keen on the Victrix Germans when I got them . Very nice detail , loved the heavy weapons sprue , and although you could have 3 or 4 arm versions per body , you couldn’t use all the arms on all 10 body styles , at least that’s the way it seemed to me . So I passed the kit off to one of my fiends , who’s quite happy with it . To each…[Read more]

Hi,
I have a question about the break tests, about which players in my club have divergent views.
Does a unit have to pass a break test instantly at the moment it becomes Shaken (at the moment its losses reaches its Stamina), OR does it have to wait until further losses, making it’s total losses exceed its Stamina after having been shaken, to…[Read more]

I personally much prefer the more true-scale look of Perry and now Victrix miniatures. The late war germans from Victrix might be the best looking WW2 minis i’ve ever seen, but they’re pretty much incompatible with Warlord bits for kitbashing, because the Warlord hands are significantly oversized and are very obvious on the Victrix bodies (i mean,…[Read more]

Hello,
I’m trying to build the MMG that ships in the DAK starter army, part Number 402612001. I’m at the cleaning part/removing mold lines. And I’m finding it very hard to clean the tripod:

There seem to be a couple of arms/feet on each side , I’m not sure if there is any cleaning that needs to happen on this one. Input welcome (pictures e…[Read more]

Yea they do look a little plumper than the original plastics . I guess a few sprinkled amongst a squad would look OK if the weapons are of comparable size . I wonder how they are height wise ? They look taller than the originals . And as there are only a few heads on that sprue , there is probably a separate smaller head / base sprue like the…[Read more]

I don’t have any of the new plastic Japanese infantry (not yet), but I have seen the pictures that Warlord Games posted. At first glance, you can quickly see how much more “Heroic Scaling” (puffy-beefy) these newer figures are compared to the original set of plastic Japanese infantry. Which means the arms, bodies, and other bits are probably not…[Read more]

They don’t have special rules in V3, just field them as regular or veteran British sections.

point 1 is where BA was in v1 /v2 of different levels of officers… kinda agree that yes they should be limited
… point 2 – you dont snap to yourself! so you are actually limited the officer to 1 snap-to .. the same as a command vehicle.
Snap to works by:
1 – issue order to the officer
2- take any order checks that the officer requires
3 – IF…[Read more] - Load More
