Your M5 Stuart with 18 shots …
Are you referring to the M3 Stuart?
The errata gives it 1 hull-mounted MMG, + 1 coaxial MMG (2×5 shots), option to take 2x hull-mounted LMGs (2×4 shots)? I don’t think the M5 Stuart has these options 🤔
Academy of Street Fighting, page 2:
On an Advance or Fire action, a unit may elect to throw a hand grenade instead. Resolve a 1” HE attack against a target within 6”.
On the box cover it says “WW2 Infantry in desert gear“, so I guess some “work” on your part will be needed.
Bolt Action latest FAQ under erratas for D-Day Overlord:
The Dug-in rules should be as follows:
Dug In gives you the benefits of being Down (-2 to be hit, halves HE hits), and if you issue a Down order, you double the benefits (-4 to be hit, quarters HE).
I think units in Trenches should just get Dug-in benefits, not hard cover ones as well.
The rules for mule teams are found on page 27 of the Empires in Flames book.
Yea, hence he is no longer a “sniper” is also in quotes 😄 Technically he becomes a 1-man LMG “team”, although still called a “lone sniper”.
…however if he ‘upgrades’ to an LMG he goes back to taking a team weapon without a crew so suffers the -1.
Yes, and he will no longer be a “sniper” and does not do exceptional damage (as clarified in the latest FAQ).
The only one that I can think of where there isn’t an observer is the Finnish Simo Haya
The Polish “Marksman” is a one-man sniper unit that does not have the Team special rule, so he shoots without the -1 penalty.
Armies of Imperial Japan page 26:
Kamikaze. If a suicide anti-tank team assaults an enemy vehicle and the model manages to move into contact with the target, remove it and immediately resolve a hit against the vehicle with a Penetration value of +8 (no other penetration modifiers apply)
The Kamikaze special rule should override the normal infantry assaulting transport rule, so the suicide bomber team does not fight close combat with the passengers. It should be removed immediately and the transport hit with Pen +8.

I think the model looks nicer if it is holding the bible, so other models will require some customisation.
I assume Nat is refering to this British Major, but he is holding a Thompson SMG, so may not be appropriate.

I assume Nat is refering to this British Major, but he is holding a Thompson SMG, so may not be really appropriate.
Frontline Games sells resin German weapons packs (see links below).
I found these resin German weapons packs at Frontline Games but have not bought from them before.

Besides Copplestones which I have used, I have also used units from Brigadegames, Anzio Miniatures, mixed with some customised North Korean and Chinese units from Warlord Games’ Korean War series.
