    It looks absolutely stunning – well done on a superb model and thank you for the battle report, which was a very good read. I loved the clear bases so you could see what was underneath.

    Thanks Paul. Yes the clear bases make big diffrence – better for pictures and you don’t need to re-base between beach and town mats. So a lot less hassle. But you need to free cut them yourself from A4 sheet …there are no THIN clear bases most retail ones are 2 to 3mm thick.

    If anyone has a supplier for 1.5mm thk clear base circles …write it here!
