    I hope cavalry both light and heavy battlefield uses and impact are improved in V2

    I’d like to see forming square to be a little less automatic

    Love the Bren on bipod, casually sitting on the shelves at the back of the room 🙂

    Did anyone notice all the old Airfix figure sets in the cabinets? Takes me back…

    Probably John Stallard’s Games room. He is a big collector of the old Airfix figure sets.

    He told me that he collects them. I believe that he has unopened boxes. Don’t know any more than that!

    That is Stallard’s games room. Been there a couple of times for pizza and games. He has loads of boxed airfix kits etc in his cabinets, as well as an incredible knowledge of the Zulu war!

    In terms of BP2, I really hope it’s just re-written to clarify things, and a few obvious areas tweaked.

    I also hope Priestley has not put in loads of additional details and pandered to the period-specific, button-counting brigade.

    If you think something needs changing…change it yourself with a special rule! It’s not exactly rocket science to do.

    The rules cover 200 years, not just you personal little love child guys.

    @ Bakblast and Peter – from Friday’s WG newsletter email “Black Powder Second Edition Pre-order Information:
    The Official pre-order date and time for the anticipated Second Edition of Black Powder is the 22nd of August, at 4:00PM BST! On that Wednesday you’ll be able to guarantee your own copy! To stay the nerves of some of you – all previous expansions and supplements will remain compatible with the new edition!”

    @Bakblast
    – Only one time zone. British Summer Time, BST, is the UK’s day light saving. Currently the UK is 1 hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time or GMT, and this period is known as BST.

    @yeahman
    – according to Rick in the WI interview, it is all about clarification and stream lining. Seems to include some of the nuances from Hail Caesar mechanisms which I guess were evolutions from the original BP (e.g. Skirmishers and Generals).

    OMG, as the kids say.

    A collectors edition. Looks grand. Definitely prefer having ‘Old Nosey’ on the front rather than ‘the Monster’! 😉

    How many time zones in Great Britain? Since time was invented here (in Greenwich) we got first dibs and chose to have just the one called British (summer) time.
