Chinese Warlord "Snap To" and Morale Bonus

Does a Chinese Warlord have a “snap to” ability and if so what is it? It costs 165 points and comes with 2 men, which is equivilant to a Major so I am guessing it is the same as a Major?

Also, is a Warlords Morale bonus the same as a Major?

Morale bonus is +4, stated in the special rules for the entry, EiF p34.

Everything in the entry shows him to be a Major equivalent, so I’d treat him the same as any other Major with the additional special rules shown for him – as EiF was written before second edition, you won’t find reference to snap to action and you can’t rely on Warlord to provide a definitive answer as it’s from a theatre book.

Thank you. I did find the morale bonus in the book and would agree that unless something says not to use the Major snap to then I will default to it.
