A question on regimental artillery, being that it is much cheaper than normal foot is my understanding here correct?

Also what is the effectiveness of regimental v foot?

I’ve just purchased my first cavalry unit and haven’t thought about this much before. The group I play with mainly bases infantry 40×40 (2×2), 6 bases for a standard size unit (240mm line frontage) is between the rules 200-250mm. A cavalry unit is based 50×50 (2×1), 6 bases (12 figures). Is this a standard size unit?

Thanks Nat, our group had a game last night and it was confirmed that Div commander was re-rolls only. I played Bde commander for French infantry @rating 7 and cavalry @ 8, it worked fine only making a difference on one roll all night. The group was amazed as they are used to taking rated 8 generals all the time. Thanks again.

The group I’ve started playing which uses the Pas de Charge rule, I have seen a Youtube where Rick Priestly explains the current books are compatible with BP2, is there a FAQ that explains rules that have been made redundant by BP2?

For me the errors in the books and the misalignment of the rules and the supplements is the main pain point in this game.

How do you represent artillery in BP, in my old WRG days one gun figure equals to two guns. Is it right that in BP one gun figure equates to a half battery and that 2 gun figures equates to a battery? How does this refer to sections as well?
