    According to Easy Army the 320mm Spigot Mortar uses the 4″ template, does D6+2 Pins and has a +1 penetration.  Does that mean it has an overall penetration power of +5 (4″ HE +which would dole out +4 Pen plus an additional +1 pen) or is it limited to only +1 penetration overall?

    High explosive value is different from its anti tank penetration value. Therefore use the Anti tank penetration value of +1
