    A quad Flak assembly (specifically, one that will be mounted to an sdkfz 7 “flak track”) is able to also fire at land/infantry units as well, correct? Just wanted to clarify as it will affect how soon I purchase one… Thanks!

    The short answer is yes.

    In more detail, 8 shots with +2 penetration makes this utterly lethal against infantry. The HE is a little odd because you have to string your 1″ templates together. Really only use the HE for flak and infantry in buildings.
