Inexperienced offices

Hi, it seems to me players use inexperienced office as a cheap way of getting the office bonus’s. I have played a few games with a few rule changes which seem to make sense to me.

1. They only add a plus one to morale.

2. They do get the 2 snap toos however one must be used by himself.

 

I have also played with adding a Veteran Nco to him in which case he acts as a normal office until the Nco is killed. All of these seem to work well.

point 1 is where BA was in v1 /v2 of different levels of officers… kinda agree that yes they should be limited

… point 2 – you dont snap to yourself! so you are actually limited the officer to 1 snap-to .. the same as a command vehicle.

Snap to works by:
1 – issue order to the officer
2- take any order checks that the officer requires
3 – IF the order check is passed or not required they can choose to SNAP-TO
4 – meassure out command radius – pull out extra order die UPTO the number allowed (normally 2 for pltn cmdrs)
5 – assign those OD to units, issue orders making any order check required
6 – carry out the orders in any order you want
