Forum last post issue

Not a game breaker but the forums LAST POST coloumn shows when the last thread was strated not when the latest post in the sub forum occured.

This does give the impression that some sub-forums arent being used until you go in them

Same here.
I wondered about it for sure some time and have several suspects but none that really makes sense :
– issue with timestamp and timezone
– content cache not properly updated
…

Well the Recent Topics side bar give you the correct thread / OP and then the time of the last post.

So easiest fix would be change ‘Recent Topics’ to read ‘Latest posts in’ And in the forum view change ‘Last post’ to ‘New Topic’

Thankyou Nat for the suggestion – I have changed ‘Recent Topics’ to read ‘Latest posts in’.

I will have to look into the last post issue in forum view.

The Last Post problem is actually a known issue with the forum software.

I have implemented a fix until they repair it in a new version.
