A flame thrower team successfully move with range of a building window. They fire, hit and kill several enemy troops, causing several pins. Enemy unit takes moral test and passes. Flamethrower team rolls and sets building on fire, enemy now flee D6″. My question is for how long does the building burn? I believe it burns for the rest of the game. Any thoughts or other players in-house rules? Thanks in advance.

Nothing suggested about it going out/putting it out in the rules.  With the  relatively short time frame represented by a game, I’d say you’re right to assume it burns for the rest of the game – impassable terrain!

Yes, the building is afire for the rest of the game.

Adding to this from the FAQ:

In those rare occasions where we use three or even four
story buildings, if a unit occupies the top floor of the building
when it is set on fire, how does it exit? The maximum run order only
allows it to reach the bottom floor at most and not exit the building.
Are they just assumed to evacuate from the bottom floor anyway
regardless of distance or are they destroyed?

Evacuate from the bottom floor anyway – fear gives you wings!
