    I have looked for this information but wasn’t able to find the answer, easily at least.

    I want to build up some US Rangers. I have a box of normal US GI’s the improved 2018 ones, they are a *lot* nicer than the rangers box. Can someone tell me what is the difference in uniforms if anything between normal GI’s and Rangers?

    Just unit insignia and markings on the back of the helmet, as far as I’m aware. Everything was just the standard issue uniform for the time, unlike the paratroopers.
