Russian Regiments: 2 or 3 stands?

I need the help of the community! Should I have a Russian Regiment (2 battalions) consist of 2 (Small) or 3 (normal) stands? Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

Russian regiments arent any bigger, they just have a higher stamina to represent the hardyness and stoic nature of the Russian peasantry
