It’s unacceptable.
Edit now I must say thinking about my order , you did send a complementary sprue of German waffen ss figures , so that kind of softened the blow of paying £12 for 4 figures that I won’t be using but it doesn’t stop the feeling you’re leaving older collectors out in the cold as you make their entire collections miss-scaled with anything new. I don’t get it, why would you do this. Is it to force our hand? So we all get bigger scale “everything” , start fresh armies? Because I can’t afford to repurchase ENTIRE armies I’ve bought from you guys and I won’t because what happens when the scale gets jumped up again in a year or two??
To me this just seems like bad business practice, because if you’re doing it by accident , just scale creep, then you need to double check against the rest of the same Army at least, and if it’s deliberate you’re going to alienate and piss off all your loyal customers. Either way it can’t be good.
Just really annoyed me when I put these new figures against my 3 resistance fighters (the 3 brothers special sculpts you did) and they are a clear ‘head’ taller!! They literally stand like a 20mm Vs a 28mm the scale difference is so bad.
