    Just wondering how long it takes for the membership discount to be useable? I have the generic code on the email, yet when I atempt to use it, I get the message that “The code isn’t available to you right now”.

    Hi Andrew,

    sorry you’ve been having problems with this, you should be able to use the new code immediately. I’m not sure why it wasn’t enabled against your account – we’re looking into that now – but I have manually enabled your account so you are now able to use the Member discount. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
