Everything i have tried wont work. I cant upload any photos on this forum. Very annoying

Your image file sizes are too large, as the message says. The suggestion in this post might be of help: https://www.warlordgames.com/community/topic/those-pesky-image-size-problems-top-tip/
Whatever computer or phone you use, there should be an app or online service which can easily optimise your images for you.
