So, if you have a boat like the E-boat, with no number, and all of them have the same very small flotilla symbol (if you bother to add that), how can you tell your models apart??

I am thinking of changing the colors on the torpedo heads or changing the colors of certain hatches on the deck. Any ideas?

For the MTBs I paint different color torp heads for the class and then give them stripes individ to the boat in number. Matching heads and stripes on loose torps.

I use a coloured paperclip on the wave marker and another on the data sheet. If you can get the plastic paperclips you can also use them for damage markers.

I number my boats, I know that some don’t, but the group that I play with don’t know better,I laminate the cards with the ships numbers.
