    After some computations, I found that converting 1 Knot(1″) to 11/16″ should satisfy the ship movement/target profile requirements.

    I have generated movement rulers and a shooting scale in Excel. PM me if you would like these materials.

    Designed to print on 8 1/2 x 11″, the range ruler has be put together. The rulers are also 11/16″ wide so they can be used to test for collisions. Here is what the scales look like:
