Mike, two things,
1) most game systems keep points cost calculations in-house to stop people creating their own units that can then break the systems. We can extrapulate a number of the costs but with tanks you have roundings and (hopefully) proportional costs so costs from that wont be exact. To put a build your own tank program out is bad for the part of buisness of selling books.
2) what we have in BA v3 is get-you-by lists only that give us enough options to field 90%+ of what WL produce / sell model wise. We’ll see end of january with the release of the german book just how much is ported over from v2 from the campaign books. <fingers crossed>
