So they class it as an Armoured Car rather than as a Transport, which is nonsense, given its role specifically as a Platoon Leader&#8217;s transport vehicle. And I have now found it in the app &#8211; it is only available if I take an Armoured platoon, I can&#8217;t add it as a transport vehicle in an Infantry platoon. I can&#8217;t find it in the new Armies of Germany book, or as an option on the app, though it&#8217;s possible I have not looked in the right place.
