									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The reason I ask the question is that the entries for Mortars in the respective army lists within the rulebook  (p206, p224, p238, p258, p272) &#8211; state in the mortar options &#8211; Medium &amp; Heavy mortars may add a spotter for +10pts with no restriction on troop quality.</p>

<p>Best bet is to look on ebay and buy some 2mm thick mdf bases, you can get about 15 for a couple of quid</p>

<p>The cost seems too cheap when compared to the standard officer (armed with a pistol)</p>
