Hi

just started playing these rules.

does a countercharge have to take a command test before it charges?

Hi. A regular cavalry unit doesn’t have to pass an order check, and doesn’t have to countercharge, but it can. A unit with the Galloper rule must countercharge. A unit with the Caracole rule cannot countercharge; it must remain stationary.
