The Freeborn are the most diverse of the civilisations of Antarean space comprising numerous different independent Houses or Vardos. Unlike the civilisations of the Concord and Isori the Freeborn inhabit the depths of space. They live aboard spacefleets that include craft that are so large their populations are greater than those of many worlds.
This great deal allows you start in the Antarian universe with a complete starting, or Skirmish level, 750 point force that comprises of the following:
- Freeborn Command Squad Blister – 3 men and 1 drone
- 1 x Feral (Mhagris) Squad Box – 6 men
- 2 x Vardanari Squad Box – 12 men and 2 drones
- 2 x Domari Squad Box – 12 men and 2 drones
- Freeborn Mag Light Support – 2 men, 1 gun and 1 drone
- Freeborn X-Launcher – 2 men, 1 gun and 1 drone
Adding Choices from the Army options (Antares Rulebook page 159) and upgrading squads with specialised ammunition and leader upgrades will quickly bring your army to within the 1000pt Combat Force level for the more epic scale battles ideal for a 6′ x 4′ Battlefield.
