Looking good - a nice, big and very effective piece of scenery for little cost = big win!

I second the idea for a well used altar stone in the middle. You could maybe add a few bones, helmets and other offerings at the bases of the upright stones.

I'm going to use the stone circle to transport my troops back in time to hunt dinosaurs so the people of Rome will
never go hungry again. Everyone knows thats why the Romans invaded britain...access to time travel.
Yes ...an alter and suitable trophies :D

Anyone remember the kids' series 'Children of the Stones'? The effects now look very 'special' indeed, but at the time it scared the poo out of me. Anyhoo, that was filmed in Avebury, down the road from where I used to live. That is one weird village, with stone circles encompassing the whole place.

It has a decidedly funky atmosphere, so much so that when we were driving along the road towards Avebury one time, my wife just shrieked for no reason (not great on a national limit country road) and said she felt a cold shock run right through her ... then five seconds later we turned the corner and passed under one of the big outer stones that looms nastily over the road. She didn't relax or breathe properly till we were out the other side.
