Order Backlog - an open letter

Postby Paul @ Warlord Games » Mon Jun 25, 2012 12:53 pm

Afternoon all.

We've just finished our weekly production meeting and wanted to give you a heads up on the current situation regarding outstanding orders.

On one hand, I want to thank you for your custom - especially given the remarkable success of our Jubilee Sale. Sadly, on the other hand, I also have to apologise for the delays caused by the massive weight of orders we received in such a short period of time.

We were prepared for an increased level of business and had put contingencies in place but the scale of take up of our offer blew that out of the water.

We've added extra resource over the last couple of weeks to catch up. Our boys and girls are working long hours every day to get back on track. Happily we estimate that mid/late this week our backlog will be no more and all orders will either be en route or already with you.

It pains us not to have our usual speedy turnaround time and this is something of a lesson learnt for us. Our apologies once again for the delay on you getting your trembling hands on your Warlord goodies - normal service will soon be resumed!

If you have any queries regarding your order please drop us a line to info@warlordgames.com and we'll be in touch.

Cheers,

Paul Sawyer

What? That he's a Hamster Fondler?  Why did we need to know that? Coupled with Cubster's photo I am now going to have to go for therapy! :o

Excellent, hopefully my 250 stummel will reach my local this week by this logic.
It has been made very clear by members and Paul I am not welcome on this forum because I don't bend over and agree with everything warlord does.

Unfortunately I don't care what any of you think...at all.

See what happens when you throw us crumbs - feeding frenzy :o

Or to put it another way it was an offer too good to miss. I can wait for my new toys, I'm only just painting some of the Romans from a couple of years ago. :?

Shame my money situation was so earth shatteringly bad when the sale was on

Just out of curiosity... is this affecting your supplies to retailers?
