Is there a way to manually change the ordering country? I'm in the UK but my internet traffic at work goes via a US proxy, so I keep being sent to the US webstore which is no use to me.

I would like to add that the new forum now has a mobile function apparently. Interesting - but on my iPhone I go full webversion.

Grant is right you can now browse the forum using one of two apps we have currently enabled, for the iPhone TouchBB - http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/touchbb-forum-browser/id317752610?mt=8 which has this paid version or a free lite version -http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/touchbb-lite/id332458253?mt=8 and also tapatalk which can be used on a number of devices - http://www.tapatalk.com/.

There is a small charge for the full version of each app, payable to the people who developed them, however we feel this is a small price to pay for an improved mobile browsing experience. Also both apps can be used to browse any other forums who have made themselves available for this service.

While I love the new layout of the store, I do have a complaint. I placed an order on 7 June and nearly a week later it still says "processing." A few years ago I ordered something from you all and it didn't take nearly this long. What's worse is that I sent an email to customer service on the 11th and have not gotten a response two days later.

Are my woes related to the recent problems with the website or is this typical? Did my email even make it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
