I'm not sure what you're looking for as far as information goes; I'll offer this up:

Osprey Soldiers of teh English Civil War 2 Cavalry Plate I figure 3 says: "Royalist Dragoon". A picture for you to reference if you need one.

If you want specific unit colors I'm not the fellow for the task, but I can tell you that Dragoons most often wore 'soft hats, Coat colors were varied depending on officers taste and material available, Boots I can only assume where leather riding boots.

As usual withthe period there are a good many conflicting bits of information about 'uniforms' so you can often paint whatever coat colour you like and it won't be inaccurate.

Hope that helps

Dragoons were often impressed infantry and probably therefore wore ordinary musketeer kit. As they were intended to act as infantry it is very unlikely that they actually wore high boots as (and I can attest from personal experience) they are not very practical for moving around on foot. It has been suggested that dragoons may have worn leather or canvas gaitors (also known as "cockers"). Whilst it is often stated that dragoons had firelocks this is probably not universally the case and many would probably have made do with ordinary matchlocks.
Boy, it sure would be nice if we had some grenades, don't you think?

I finally found this web site I've been looking for since I read the original post, I cannot say if the information is 100%, but the documnets on the site are backed up with sound resources. Hope it helps you out:

Northampton's Royalist drgoons wore green jackets with red britches . Ledgend has it the britches were made from red cloth captured off the Parliament but I have never seen that written anywhere. Bagots dragoons supposedly wore purple or dark blue jackets. Dragoons are effectively musketeers that rode to work on horses not big enough or fit enough for the cavalry so paint em like you would musketeers. Britches in general would have been dull with a washed out look as the dye didnt last too well so I do most of mine in greys, browns and other 'natural' colours and probably would not have been supplied by the regt. Headgear would have been woolen caps, perhaps felt hats but def NOT helmets, lobsterpots being a cavalry issue (and very expensive) and morrions were for the pike. As to feathers, an ostrich feather, so fondly worn by some reenactors and cast by model makers, cost about the same price per feather as a musket. It you use feathers trim them down and paint them as pheasant feathers I suggest.
Hope this helps. :)
