What for?

I have a condition called Myasthenia Gravis. In simpe terms my muscles don't get the right messages and function properly. I am having the first attack since I was little. For last ten days or so I have struggled with mobility and movenment (getting up, bending, walking up down stairs and lifting things as examples). Went the doctors on Monday because any form of activity was causing pain or discomfort and they signed me off instantly for a week, and now for a further two while I wait for the referal to the Neurologist coming through.

Worst bit about it is that I can't pick the little man (who is one a week tomorrow) up for more than a couple of seconds at a time at the moment :(

Well that sucks. Hope it gets better!

After a few restless nights and a long old week at work, I think an early night is called for - after a dalliance with LA Fee Verte first :D
Might catch up on a few episodes of The Big Bang Theory later. Bazinga!

I think I'll treat myself to going to see the new Avengers movie tomorrow. Yes, I admit I am a geek at heart! :ugeek:

I wanted a griffin... I was studying recombinant DNA technology and I was confident I could create one, but my parents were unwilling to secure the necessary eagle eggs and lion semen. Of course my sister got swimming lessons when she wanted them.

Ok, badges made, man bag geeked up, money withdrawn, wife told different amount of money withdrawn, carvol capsules for underneath my nose, elbow pads for bring and buy, steel toe cap trainers for the ques, yep i think i am ready for salute!

Only one thing left to think about, the shopping list. So far its some front rank cowboys and then a new range from warlord, but i still dont know what to get. Ive done the ancients so its just a case of deciding which era, but i just dont know :?

I almost had the wife convinced to let me have a "weekend in London" - would have gotten in at 625 am Saturday, and flown back out at 1335 next day. How bad could it have been?
Oh well. Next year's trip will be EPIC.

Wow, apart from making badges.. that looks awfully familiar

Mine would miss out the bring and buy (i'm just not crazy enough to get near the table) and my shopping list includes some extra cavalry for the ECW. Other than that, I guess whatever tickles my fancy... and, should miracles have occurred and it's in the UK already a copy of Super Dungeon Explore (I missed the first batch  )
Smile! It's not that bad
