New photos of the ECW range!

Postby Varus » Fri Feb 13, 2009 10:08 am

I felt the coolness of these photos meant they deserved a thread of their own!

Absolutely stunning. Especially the cavalry!!!
Can we really manage to wait until Salute?

These are simply astounding! Well done Warlord Games. I'll certainly be getting a few boxes. Those pikes look pretty fragile though. I'm really hoping that the artillery will be plastic as well!

All these pikes remind me of an unfinished Dogs of War army for WHF I got. Are the new Warlord Games ECWs going to be 28mm or like the Imperial Romans more 26mm?

Sorry for this nerdish kind of question but I'd like to know how many boxes I will have to buy..Wink

Cheers

Is there a hint in the article how many armoured pikemen could been build from one box?

Please help a not native speaker to understand what for figures are in one box.

Thanks

There is a hint:

''twenty-four (24) muskets, twelve (12) pike, and full command'' Laughing

''so you can chose whether have armoured or unarmoured pikemen ''

As I understand it you would have the option to have 12 armoured pikemen.

And enough spare parts to do an extra Sergeant. So 40-ish minis alltogether. Awesome.

Are there going to be any regimental flags included at all?

Can't believe I'm getting even more excited than thought now. Aaargh.

Cheers

Are we going to be limited to set poses with the pike?

I have a particular dislike of "charge your pike" as you can not get the figures in to base to base combat.

How many command are we going to see?

Many thanks,
Andy

@SP

Thank you very much.

The relation from 24 to 12 is to few for me.

Cheers
