Weeell... the rules don't go into that much detail. It's more of a case of, "here's how to shoot, what the effects are and how long things take, now go away and play and try not to get into too much trouble".

There are rules to throw grenades, but it doesn't specifically mention chucking one through a door or window. Similarly it doesn't mention cocking a Sten gun and throwing it in a room. ;) It also doesn't differentiate between assault and frag grenades, though it does specify double damage from blast in closed spaces like bunkers and rooms.

But based on the rules you are given, it wouldn't be hard to extrapolate to cover most circumstances. The basic mechanisms needed are all there, and there are stats to cover most weapons used.

If pushed for a rating I would say the rules are nearer the playing with toy soldiers end of the scale than the detailed skirmish wargame, a fun set to play with but almost certainly wouldn't make a rivet counting purist happy. Personally I think they look capable of providing an amusing and relatively easy game. No great big tables or charts to wade through.

Mine came yesterday and I have to say they do look like just what I was after.
I generally only play seldomly but there's a number of guys at re-enactment events that would be up for playing but the problem is transport space. I build a modular 6'x4' table that slotted into a frame to make a case but that was for WHFB and WWII games have more "up" with buildings. This I could do with 28mm on a 4'x4' board that can expand to play BAM on when it comes out.
