Do parking charges = price rises?

As I read it the Levy would be charged via the business rates or something similar, and thus applied directly to the company rather than employees.
However it's achieved the money would have to come from the customers ultimately.

So what at the end of the day, has Nottingham City Council ever done for us?

Being a polymath of sorts I used to frequent the Sky At Night Magazine forum and there had a single user who'd have some right wing political rant every couple of days that would have other users swallowed up in. The result was that it went from being one of the most busy Astronomy forums in the world to being dead in a year.


The World is flat and the moon made of cheese though isn't it? ;)
