Sell your stuff. Thats what I am doing and pulling in about £500 a weekend on eBay. In my case it is a necessity as the business no longer brings enough to live on. Since I have about £10,000 of models, that should keep me busy for 6 months, after that it is the street and 'buddy can you spare a dime' time.

I have sole over $5000 this year alone - that's to the end of March, so can relate. Although I am just getting rid of stuff.
