Warlord Payroll Direct Debit Scheme?

Postby grant » Fri Mar 30, 2012 9:28 pm

I now give nearly 100% of my hobby money direct to Warlord, so thought it might be worthwhile for Warlord to just take my money right off my paycheque

Today's acquisition: local shop got in their Warlord order (massive order!) so I acquired a box of Fallschirmjager and a 251/neu

I am so excited!

Sorry, could'nt resist. Great song by the Pointer sisters, was on the radio today. Earworm.

But I can understand your feelings. All that great stuff. My own new Warlord wish list for TYW alone is over 155 €. Well, my local shop give 10 % if I buy for over 150 so........

And I know, I know, I know, I know
I know I want you!

Because I ran the club and put on demo games, and promote the shop, I get a discount as well. It's handy.

Tell you what, that system would quickly be replaced with another allowing a divorce attorney to take my check directly! :o

Seriously though, this company DOES take most of my hobby funds.

I'm on a "buy now, pay later" system with the hobby at the moment, if I buy now, the wife will make me PAY later! :(

I have never once regretted my purchases from Warlord Games.

Wishing I won the lotto so I could buy more though

I just ordered the Brits and German Bolt Action Plastics and support packs. US are on the cards next (along with others).

In the process of getting rid of my other main stream figs to make way for more Historical Figs from Warlord Games ;)

Well, you will all be happy to know that the small purchase by me also cost me nearly 5x as much when the General made a compensatory acquisition for the home - a lovely massive (90cm x 120cm) map of the 8eme plan of Paris! It is nice. I had no idea I wanted one so badly.

Wonder if they would also consider doing a trade scheme for all my unwanted GW fantasy stuff, would save it going to line those people at eBays pockets

eBay has made a mint off of me in the last year. I've sold something like $5-6000 worth of stuff - almost all GW. Sadly the General has diverted a large portion of those funds for other reasons. Last night I was happy to get rid of my 11 remaining GW cases. I've moved over to Battlefoam as the customization is worth every penny. And the guy also cleaned out my 40k novels, a nice all around deal. He even drove 3 hours round trip for the stuff!
