It also includes how to get foreign troops in the French lists as well as shaking up column v line combats a little. This will be followed by the 100 days campaign which brings with it the Anglo Netherlands list, another French list and book at the Prussians. I am working on the third at the moment ( I call it Of Empire and Eagles) this brings the best of the rest into play from 1792 onwards and has loads and loads of special rules, lists and game ideas. The special rules in the main bring in national characteristics, some thing I grew up with being a massive fan of Bruce Quarrie,

they are coming soon and I cannot wait

ady :D

Looking forward very much to the Empire and Eagles book Ady!

Do you really mean to bring out a book which will be as theme the total period of 1792 up until 1814? With all those differences between armies of the French revolution and the later, let's say 1814 period?

Hi , Yes I do really mean to, in fact I am well on with it. I have created several army lists, but they are not generic, I have split each list into an early middle and late period, by tracking strategic organisational changes, tactical doctrine changes and fluctuating changes in troop qualities you can be quite creative. That is the beauty of Black Powder as it allows you the ability to change stat lines slightly and add additional special rules to taste.

Hope this helps
