Another section of WWII plastic BAM British Infantry. Maybe a Vickers Team conversion afterwards.
48 more Phalangites.
And hopefully very soon some US plastics 8-)

Now trying my hand at converting WGF's Persian Infantry into Andalsuian spearmen and archers. Imperfect but a fun project. What I really need to work with is a box of generic dark ages levys in plastic. Just waiting on some spears and shields I have on order.

The detail on the minis is fine enough but they go together very poorly: of the four head options two look down when assembled flush, one sits as it should and one of the torsos requires a "socket" fit which none of the heads offer.

A shed load of TYW swedes, I'm planning to get them cut, stuck and undercoated so I can get them painted if (when) it rains while we're on holiday!

Ah, there's nothing quite like painting some figs when it's raining outside, good film on TV, some drink and snacks and away you go. My work bench is covered in little bits of paper clip while I try (unsuccessfully so far!) to pin Leonidas to a shield to look like he's jumping from it (inspired by some of Biggus D's last work on here), you know when you say you're going to do something and then half way through wished you hadn't..... :x
