Viva la Mexico (28mm mayans)

Been painting some Mayans tonight, cool sculpts :) only have one pictured as photograph taking conditions are not ideal right now.

The strange thing is Thats just the common foot solider,The leader literally has a bird mask with a Mohawk :P

Those photo conditions give the pics a very mysterious feel to them like he's coming out of the mists, very nice figure BTW, you'll have to get some more pics up of more of them whne done. Conditions might not be good for photos but they are perfect (in Scotland ) at the moment for stargazing, so like the Mayans I'm going out to gaze at Orion, alright I'm using a telescope and the Mayans didn't but hey........

Tis rather cloudy down south right now (even though it's been really hot) hopefully it's like it was midday today i.e. very clear and nice.

Thanks for the complements guys :) I'm getting a new and much better camera soon so with any luck pictures will also improve :)

I did some Tlascallans ages ago, so I know how hard those feathery Mardi-Gras lookin' fellas can be to get right. Well done that man!
