Look I'm not called the pieman for nothing Steak and Ale Pie, if you can get it..with Stilton cheese in the gravy...but.Puff pastry is best.....short crust is better than nothing with mash..........Oh my.......I have a craving now and i have lasgne tonight
@correus- thats probably closer yes, but best wrapped in pastry too! Maybe I shall have to eat n'ubble (humble) pie now. Which was actually originally an offal pie. Mmmm lots of tasty Pluck and Gizzard for me
