I kind of cheat the neck using superglue and accelerant - probably does the same thing as the thick plastic glue in filling the gap.

"mind the gap" - always made me laugh in London.

im having an irritating time with the horses myself the whole neck thingy is the only complaint i have about anything i have bought from warlord, thankfullly its only a minor fix. i used zap a gap myself and then gently filed it down. works good enough you cant really tell the gap was there after i a wee bit of paint

I haven't tried these figures, so I don't really know the problem. However, that liquid greenstuff works wonders and is very easy to apply! :D
