Thank Crunchy it's Friday thread 9th March

Postby mikeland » Fri Mar 09, 2012 3:26 pm

Working from home today so thought I'd get the ball rolling... An other couple of hours work and then I am making chicken salad with home made bread for tea. Then just a quiet evening possibly involving splashing a bit of paint on a few plastic commandos..

Tomorrow is more exciting, though i cant see myself getting much modelling done, making a captain America shield with my youngest and then off to the local theatre to see a friend acting in Pirates of Penzance.

Have a good weekend folks!

Yes happy friday all!

Working until eight, then bike ride, then beer. I love it when a plan comes together!

Building some orc landing craft in both 28mm and 10mm scale - hopefully both with working ramps!
Tomorrow and sunday with any luck I shall be helping to build a ten metre (standard size - no room for bigger) pistol shooting range.

Hopefully will get the tracks, tools etc painted on a Churchill IV painted up then send order to Doms Decals for the relevant markings if I can decide whether it's going to be from Coldstream Guards or 9RTR!

Tonight (and the rest of the weekend) will be spent finishing off the last of the BEF Miniatures masters. Hopefully it won't take all weekend and I can reorganise my work station ahead of getting some painting for myself in!

Otherwise I'm researching a new range for Bolt Action and a couple of new Belgian releases.
Cheers,

Paul Sawyer

Ooh! New range for Bolt Action! Ooh! Would that be Desert forces? Monty and Rommel, perhaps, with some help from Benito?

Why am I asking? It's not like I'm going to get any answers! :(

Researching a new rang for Bolt Action..!?!?!
Don't hesitate to mail me if you need a hand...

Will take a break from ancients and finish a section of BAM plastic British Infantry.
Maybe some Teutonic Knights after and then back to my growing Macedonian Phalanx.

And I finally need to sort train tickets for Salute.

Have a good one all

Cheers

Always great to hear about new Bolt Action ranges! Problem is, I'm SOOOO behind already! A good problem to have, I guess!

JUST finished the sandbagged M4 Sherman. I'll be posting pics as soon as the camera recharges.

Other than that, neighbors coming for dinner (chili) and drinks. Tommorrow is work. The wife booked up Sunday already :? .

All the while counting down the days to Adepticon where I can buy too much BA stuff in person, and play the Bolt Action Demo game!!!!!! 8-)
