WIP kneeling Romans with cloaks

Postby carvel2 » Wed Mar 07, 2012 12:11 am

Long week and its only Tuersday! Took a night off to do the colouring in of my kneelers....no pictures tonight, tomorrow!
Cloaks...the rolled thin green stuff seems to have worked.
Not sure if fortress grey followed by blue ink followed by codex grey is worth the effort.
Its going to be a nice unit when finished IMHO :D
bed calls :D

They're great! See what you meant about the blue giving the cloaks "depth".
BTW, you can put the saw away: Mrs Carvel won't be too happy if you attack the table ... the board's fine; if anything, not enough room for all these Celts! ;)

Coming along well Carvel. Cloaks are an excellent addition. But I think that that latrine terrain piece in the back is a little large... amd full. ;)

Very nice Carvel, The Legio XX drunk tank as a back drop works well ;)

Thing that really stands out is the broach/pin how did you do that?

Looking good Carvel, although ye olde English brew in the back ground doesn't look too tasty! They'll soon be able to man my tower!!
