Another lovely paintjob - this time from eBob.
Note the conversion work adding trousers, bandaged hand and ripped shield cover - very nice touches!

Cheers,
Paul

Veeeery nice indeed, trousers and socks! Just what a Legionary needs in good old Britannia. Superb idea.
Thanks for the inspiration.

Great work, guys. I need to see if WI has made it to the States yet...
Let us know if it is, because then it'll probably be in Canada around the same time.
If I could sculpt only half as nice as master EBOB, I would do a dacian war roman army ;)

Welcome back Germanicus!
I think you're goinmg to like the plastic Veterans we're planning if you want Legionaries with manicae, etc...

Finally worked out how to put up pics (work firewall stopped me earlier in the week!)

Funny how you see more mistakes/faults once the macro gets switched on!!
Don't knock yourself, Phil - close up photos rarely are flattering but your paintjobs stands up well. Your patience on that shield design is far higher than mine!
Cheers,
Paul
Therin lies the benefit of "technical pens" to draw on with!
Looks good to me too. Technical pens are a godsend, providing you can find decent, light-fast, inks.
