The optio has the amphora from the big jugs set. He holds it disdainfully, pouring the contents on the floor.
I think the title might be,
'Promotion beckons....'

Fantastic work carvel, very nicely done. I think the casualty figure works really well.

Could the remaining praetorians be made into some sort of elite shock troops... Don't know if the Romans had em or not.

Well...hes pretty much done. But sadly no photos...card reader tomorrow!
Made good use of Tamiya red to and lustre to the wine being poured from the amphora.
Made an amphora out of green stuff as an extra 'bottle' to the centurions indignity.
One schoo boy error...put him in the oven to cook his pva sand quicker...the base is slightly wavy at the edges.
At first I was cross...now I think it kind of adds to the sick feeling!

@Correus yes 'supposed' to be a vine staff...first go with the green stuff...it looks slightly better now painted
