I doubt that kittens are the problem. Kittens are universally known to be "a good thing", and so could not possibly be involved. Unless of course you're suggesting the delay is also "a good thing"? All that extra time allowing the rules to be truely splendid?

Surely Grant, you're not suggesting that "old" is a bad thing? The very idea! :o

Old cannot be equated with bad, of course; but "shiny new thing make it all better"

I actually like some of the old WRG sets.
Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?

Kittens and Rebels aside, we are still aiming for Salute.

Just to clarify 'production' here, for us that means that all the stuff is written (including all the battle reports done & photographed) and the first edit has been done. Now we have all that being laid out in the correct format and images inserted. This does take some time, and although we do have a load of images, you can never have too many. Certainly getting pictures of units/armies painted by the great and the good of our customers we feel would add to the book.
Then final edit (and the Sawyer seal of approval) and finally off to the printers. The printing actually is not a long process; ours are done in the UK and the turn around is pretty swift, it's the layout that takes the time.
So, fingers crossed for Salute.
Cheers

I don't care what anyone else says . . . I believe that all of the delays have been caused by wrangling in Parliament!

Hmmm...I wonder if there was? I would be interested in seeing one, but I don't remember seeing one. :?
