In need of some skulls

Postby mikeland » Thu Feb 16, 2012 7:54 pm

Hi does anyone have any spare plastic skulls knocking about, probably from some skelly minis. Given the Celts known habit of beheading their defeated opponents I wanted a few skull to pimp up my Celt round houses with. Am willing to pay for em, or swap em for other bits.... Cheers.

Re: In need of skulls: Now with added roundhouse goodness

Postby mikeland » Thu Feb 16, 2012 9:27 pm

Please remeber these are still WIP. The doors need a bit more work and I am going to decorate them with shields, spears and... skulls :D

They are build very simply with a big Christmas peanut tub, an old towel, masking tape, matchsticks and coffee stirrers.

But for just the cost of the paint, and the rest Blue Peter'd I'm fairly happy so far.

Celts shown to add context.

They look great Mikeland!!! Less of the WIP humility ;)
How do you get the towel to hide the join in the roof? does it dissappear under the glue and paint?
Just your average old towel?
Wish I'd seen these at the beginning of the week!

Just bleedin' brilliant!

I've got plenty of skulls if BD hasn't got enough to satisfy your unnatural craving.

Maxmini do a bag of mixed skulls in resin - even a couple of rams skulls in there as well.
