The box contains 40 plastic phalangites. There are several arm variants. No command.

Suppose the command figures will be metals, hope we won't have to wait too long ;)
40 figures for 20 quid seems great value though even without command.
I can see myself buying more than I can possibly... but then again one can't have enough
Phalangites if one wants to tackle the mighty Persian empire :ugeek:
I keep my fingers crossed for plastic cavalry as well. It has worked so well for Pike&Shotte and every Macedonian general will want some companions on horseback.. 8-)

Cheers

The picture of the complete unit in today's newsletter looks stunning.
I am so looking forward to seeing how this range will develop.

I am hooked again, well done Warlords!

The box and the decals are in - just waiting on plastic being delivered and they'll fly out. No exact date on that as of today though.

Thanks for the quick reply Paul!
I want them so badly but an empty box is no good so I'm happy to wait a couple of weeks if needed ;)
Got plenty of Redcoats to do till they arrive anyways... 8-)

How about selling 20 for £10 for the time being until the properly sized boxes arrive?

Anyways, a lovely set of miniatures and I guess I'll be painting rather a lot of them.
The only point of critique is that we get only four different bodies, a fifth holding the sarissa horizontally would have been perfect!
But still one of my favourite Warlord Games set so far!

Cant wait for the command figures now, Mr Saleh will certainly do his magic 8-)

Nice idea but the boxes arrived today - everyone that didn't pre-order will have theirs sent out starting tomorrow.
