Using WW2 Arms on AZW Figures

Postby johnm » Sat Jan 28, 2012 9:58 pm

I'm thinking of using WW2 arms on AWZ british figures, mainly for pointing and firing pistols, i know i will have to paint the cuffs in. What do you all think?

Could be ok - just don't use them on the Zulu!
Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?

The typical .450 Revolver of AZW is much larger than the .380 of WW II. And had a different look. But if you are not feeling disturbed by that, why not.

.450 Tranter Centre fire Revolver made 1868 and still used in AZW time by an Officer of the 82nd Regiment.

Man, your place must be in an Armoury, IO!
Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?

Only the doors are armoured. And special security measures, government controled. Got a special licence.

To get that I had to pass an examination. About antique British arms. The police asked at the local military museum for an expert to take the exam about that.
Guess what happened.

I took my Non-Restricted (long gun) and Restricted (hand gun, but limited to handguns without a snub nose), but the House Tyrant doesn't want any firearms in the house. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to be able to collect antique weapons.

Still, I could look at swords. Or helmets.
