Trying out Hail Caesar for Dark Ages

Postby scrivs » Wed Jan 18, 2012 12:19 am

James Morris and I had a game of Hail Caesar tonight with the Saxons taking on a combined British Kingdoms and Pictish force.

A bit of a report and some images on the blog: http://scrivsland.blogspot.com/2012/01/ ... r-for.html

That's just the 28mm stuff, I'm not even going to start on the other scales.

Fantastic stuff! Dark Ages are a very cool.
Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?

I very much enjoyed your report and pics. Really nice paint job on the figures, BTW! :)

Cheers,

Between you and TWD...

Nice write up!

Wow! That's a big battle - looks great, but ... can't get onto the blog for the AAR. :(
Is that Celtic cross an objective marker (not the beer monolith, the dark grey obelisk to the L)?
